TCA description
Themes and objectives This capacity-building workshop will bring together adult education practitioners interested in applying for Erasmus+ mobility and partnership funding in 2027. Through plenary sessions and work in smaller action-oriented groups, the workshop will focus on strengthening participants’ capacity to successfully integrate impact-related objectives, indicators, metrics, and tools into future funding applications. The event will be structured around four key elements: INSPIRATION (learning from experienced practitioners), IDEATION (validating systemic or organisational development objectives and aligning them with programme-level objectives for international partnerships or mobility), COLLABORATION (working with peers to apply lessons learned through action-oriented group work), and PRESENTATION (sharing the outcomes of group work with the wider group during facilitated plenary sessions). Activities: During this event, participants will learn from experience while also working in groups of national and international peers to share their experiences, test and apply new knowledge, and present the outcomes of their group work. |
Expected outcomes By the end of this networking and capacity-building event, participants will be able to: • RELATE the purpose and benefits of monitoring and promoting the impact of Erasmus+ partnership and mobility actions. • IDENTIFY the impact tools and strategies best suited to their organisation, field of education, and beneficiaries. • INTEGRATE impact tools and processes into future partnership and mobility applications. • MONITOR and PROMOTE the impact of Erasmus+ partnership and mobility actions. |
